		<description>I hope you manage to make it here without further "issues".  You seem to have had it all on the first part of your trip.  Of course, missing tram, loosing tickets etc. for awhile, and not setting alarm cannot be put at the feet of the airlines.  Steph says she is never travelling with Kev!  Good luck Jess!!
